此可执行文件的使用方式与此结构匹配：
obis.py [path][parameters]
OBIS API接受的路径在[path]位置声明。到目前为止，已通过以下途径对其进行了测试：
countryareainstitutechecklistchecklist/redlistchecklist/newestoccurrence
通过在[parameters]位置添加约束参数，可以修改路径的每个结果。可用的参数有：
--taxa（例如Elasmobranchii Reptilia）--of（例如Peru Colombia）--areaid--datasetid--instituteid--nodeid--startdate--enddate- ^{cd22}
--enddepth--geometry
只有--taxa和--of两个选项都接受多个值。虽然整个输出文件名在函数中命名为使用的路径，但也可以使用--out选项定义这些文件名。在
