您应该使用extend而不是append。它将把传递的列表的项添加到result，而不是一个新列表：

files=['my.json','files.json',...,'name.json']

def merge_JsonFiles(filename):
    result = list()

            result.extend(json.load(infile))

    with open('counseling3.json', 'w') as output_file:
        json.dump(result, output_file)
