java Android下载管理器将同一文件下载两次

我正在使用Android下载管理器下载一个大的zip文件。 下载管理器工作正常。但它在一个请求中下载同一个文件两次，并给出两个不同的下载ID

我不知道它为什么这样做。我只是想该文件应该只下载一次。如果失败，用户可以手动重新下载，失败时也不会自动重新下载
