这个问题与我正在使用的项目的NetBeans设置中的通用命名约定（UNC）路径有关，例如\\servername\path。成功运行的项目副本没有使用UNC路径，而是标识了一个驱动器号。所以我改变了项目中的设置，导致了问题，一切正常

我可以简单地删除这个问题，但也许这个答案对某人有用
