当尝试使用pip安装一些包时，我遇到了一个错误。

即使切换Python的环境，也会出现同样的错误。所以从我的角度来看，这不是我想安装的包的问题，可能是Python的环境有一些问题。有人能帮我吗？

• Python3.6
• pip 10.0.1点

这是一个系统编码（Windows）问题。

Change the System Encoding可以解决这个问题。
