基本上,您希望在阅读文件时立即将其内容解码为unicode字符串。然后程序的其余部分就可以避免转换问题了。还请确保文件实际上是utf-8编码。如果不确定,请尝试将latin1作为编码,因为这样在解码时永远不会引发异常(当然,当文件不是latin1编码时,仍然会生成错误的文本)
