尽管setuptools和控制盘是最新的，但无法识别singleversionexternallymanaged

Question

当进入公文包开发模式（Beeware）时，我需要安装pythonnet，但它总是失败，并给出--single-version-externally-managed not recognized

An old question here建议使用--egg或distribute注意--egg现在已经贬值，并且distribute与setuptools合并。。。所以安装了setuptools和wheel的最新版本，但仍然得到相同的错误
