Anaconda未更新为tensorflow 2.0

在窗口10的Anaconda中尝试将tensorflow升级到2.1.0版时，我收到一条错误消息（见下文），或者什么都没有，但版本保持不变1.13.1

我试过：

pip install tensorflow --upgrade (and different variation where I specify the version...)
pip install --user tensorflow
"same thing with pip3"
conda install -c anaconda tensorflow
conda config --set ssl_verify False  (or no as I ve seen it some times)
conda remove certifi
conda install certifi

我已将我的pip更新为最新版本并重试。我还将Anaconda更新为最新版本。我尝试过通过Anaconda Navigator进行更新，一切都很顺利，但版本保持不变。即使扫描完所需的软件包，也会显示版本2.1.0
