我假设您只想将两个数据帧中存在的行与标签进行比较。其中一行中存在但另一行中不存在的行将被忽略。另外,由于对a、C、G、T使用相对标准,compare(df0,df1)compare(df1,df0)不同。它假定第二个参数是参考值。这与np.isclose的工作方式是一致的
