##说明 图书馆用来实现国际脑实验室的数据管道。 图书馆目前有三个主要模块： -alf：alf -ibllib：包含I/O、信号处理和IBL数据管道实用程序的通用库。 -oneibl：访问ibl数据的alyx实验数据库接口。
##要求 os：部署在Linux和Windows上。最低限度的Mac测试。
python模块：python 3.6或更高版本，我们在3.7上开发。
