你很接近,但是你错过了更新playerpos

playerpos = (playerposx, playerposy)
win.blit(text, playerpos)

注意,当按下按钮时,playerposx分别playerposy被改变,但是playerpos永远不会被更新

进一步注意,1^{}就足够了。移动被延迟,因为^{}^{}之前被调用。由pygame.key.get_pressed()返回的状态在事件由pygame.event.get()处理时进行求值,因此可以从上一帧获得状态

改变主循环如下:

run = True
while run:

    pygame.time.delay(100)
    for event in pygame.event.get():
        if event.type == pygame.QUIT:
            run = False

    keys = pygame.key.get_pressed()

    if keys[pygame.K_LEFT]:
        playerposx -= playervel
        print("LEFT")
    if keys[pygame.K_RIGHT]:
        playerposx += playervel
        print("RIGHT")
    if keys[pygame.K_UP]:
        playerposy -= playervel
        print("UP")
    if keys[pygame.K_DOWN]:
        playerposy += playervel

    playerpos = (playerposx, playerposy)
