导入AN时出错

在将python、numpy、scipy和theano安装到~/.local之后，我试图导入theano，但它抛出了一个错误：

我在Ubuntu 16.04上使用了virtualenv，在用pyenv install 3.6.1安装python之前，我运行了以下命令以确保python是用fPIC标志构建的：

export CONFIGURE_OPTS="OPT=\"-fPIC\""

然后我就可以正确地安装和运行theano了。

如果您使用pyenv的话，可以使用

CONFIGURE_OPTS=--enable-shared pyenv install 3.6.5

您没有正确构建python。它不是用-fPIC参数编译的。看看如何使用共享库编译python。

编辑： 您需要像这样编译python：

./configure --enable-shared
make
make install
