我尝试过通过pip方法进行安装，但遇到的错误与您不同。如果转到正式安装文档instructions，则没有给出使用pip方法的方法。 我已经在系统中安装了anaconda，所以我尝试使用这些命令source：
conda install -c astra-toolbox astra-toolbox
conda install -c astra-toolbox/label/dev astra-toolbox

这就解决了这个问题，并且在我的系统中安装了astra工具箱。
附言：这将降低水蟒的包裹等级。所以最好在单独的python环境中安装。在
