Python Opencv视频捕获滞后

Question

我尝试用opencv，网络摄像头和python作为一个项目来创建运动检测警报。我创建了运动检测，并想添加邮件警报和短信警报等功能，但当我调用邮件代码时，屏幕会延迟大约5秒。我需要在检测到运动后立即通知用户。 这是我的动作检测代码
