你的iobserve应用没有任何迁移，你也不能有从未迁移应用到迁移应用的关系，例如OneToOneField。在

您需要运行manage.py makemigrations iobserve来为iobserve应用程序创建初始迁移。只有当初始迁移存在时，没有任何应用标签的manage.py makemigrations才会为该应用创建新的迁移。在
