但是,实际开始运行模型需要166秒,运行模型需要3秒

RTX 3060卡基于Ampere体系结构,兼容CUDA version start with 11.x.

一旦您将tensorflow版本升级到2.4.0,将CUDA升级到11.0,将cuDNN升级到8.0,您的问题就可以得到解决
