传感器数据日志到csv文件

我是一个编程新手,我想为一个热传感器编写代码,当人们走到它跟前时,它可以检查人们额头的温度。他们会走到传感器前,我初始化它,5秒后它会得到平均温度,得到一个稳定的范围,然后我会将该温度导出到一个CSV文件,我可以在那里记录它

我有AMG8833热传感器,已经找到了它的工作代码,并制作了它的图形,但我不知道如何使代码在我初始化它时才开始读取温度。我也不知道如何得到它在一段时间内的平均读数。我遇到的最大问题是不知道如何将其导出到CSV文件。我发现了多个帖子,但它们都使用了我不熟悉的不同传感器或代码
