但每次迭代都会选择第一台机器

Conclusion: Best machine is machine number 1

我真的不明白您在做什么,但不知怎么的,我认为这种轻微的修改(最后一个if-else-块缩进的更改)可能就是您想要的:

    selected = 0
    MaxRandom = 0
    for j in range(d):
        randomBeta = np.random.beta(win_reward[j] + 1, loss_reward[j] + 1)
        if randomBeta > MaxRandom:
            MaxRandom = randomBeta
            selected = j
    if X[i][selected] == 1:
        win_reward[selected] += 1
    else:
        loss_reward[selected] += 1
...

win_reward = array([ 34.,   7.,   3.,  20., 124.])
