利用决策树算法生成的模型进行预测

我一直在尝试做一个预测,它由我用决策树算法建立的模型中的一个数据帧组成

我的模型得了0.96分。然后,我试着用这个模型来预测那些留下来却出错的人。目标是根据数据框谁留下来预测未来谁会离开公司

如何实现这个目标

所以我做的是:

  1. 从我的github中读取DF并将它们分为离开和不离开的人
