此平台上不存在PyXML install memmove

我试图用pip安装pyxml库，但在安装过程中出现以下错误：

extensions/expat/lib/xmlparse.c:75:2: error: #error memmove does not exist on this platform, nor is a substitute available

我试图重新安装gcc编译器。

当前版本是：gcc（Ubuntu/Linaro 4.7.3-1ubuntu1）4.7.3

操作系统：Kubuntu 13.04。

我能重新安装memmove库吗？据我所知，它是用string.h lib传递的。
