我们使用自己的插件我的主题

并得到一个错误：

PluginNotFoundException: my_theme

有一个similiar problem with solution但是这个不起作用（4年前）

卡恩：2.7.2

操作系统：Centos 7.4

ckan.plugins =webpage_view stats text_view recline_view pdf_view 
geojson_view my_theme resource_proxy
ckan.views.default_views = webpage_view geojson_view pdf_view text_view  recline_view

我安装了主题（如手册所述）：

 . /usr/lib/ckan/default/bin/activate
python setup.py develop

如何进行？你知道吗
