东京Python安装问题

我正在尝试通过tokyo-python这个包在Python中使用Tokyo Cabinet。我已经安装了Cabinet和Cabinet的开发库。但是，每当我尝试用pip或easy_install安装tokyo-python时，就会出现一些奇怪的问题。

我找到的唯一解决办法是从源代码中删除上述引用，稍微清理一下，然后牺牲掉表的支持。如果真的没办法，我就这样做，但这实在太荒谬了，我希望能找到正确的解决方法。

我希望我只是缺少了某个依赖项xyz——有没有什么建议？

你有没有试着问问开发者呢？（不过我想这个问题可能已经过时了，因为现在的版本已经是0.7了。）
