secse ctf公告工具
这是一个简单的命令行工具，可以快速生成secse ctf公告，作为标记贴子在meta上使用。
安装
$ pip install ctf-announcement --upgrade
用法
使用即将到来的ctf的id、链接或标题的子字符串调用ctf-announcement。该工具将解析来自ctftime的即将发布的ctf，并输出一个链接以创建meta post和markdown post body，例如：
$ ctf-announcement hitc
29 upcoming CTFs found.
